The Bell Buckle Park invites everyone to come celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the Ward Anderson Playground on Sunday, October 28th. There will be a cookie buffet in the pavilion at 3:30, and balloon release at 4:00. The Park will provide drinks and paper products.
